The Anatomy of the Reproductive System
The reproductive and sexual anatomy is also known as sex anatomy and it includes the genitals that are visible outside and inside the body. The sexual anatomy of the female is very different from that of a male and female. Sexual anatomy can even differ from person to person in the same gender.
The parts that make up the external female anatomy are the outer lips, the inner lips, the clitoris, the clitoris, the clitoral hood, the opening of the urethra, and the opening of the vagina. There is also the mons veneris which is the otter skin of it all and grows pubic hair.
The inner parts of the female include the whole vagina, the cervix, the uterus, the fallopian tubes, the fimbriae, the ovaries, the Bartholin's glands, the hymen, the G-spot, the skene's glands, and the urethra. Some of these parts are located deeper within other parts, and all the parts are interconnected.
The male external parts include the shaft, glans, opening of the urethra, the foreskin, the frenulum, and the scrotum. However, the foreskin of the penis is often circumcised on most males.
The parts of the internal male sexual anatomy include the testicles, epididymis, cremaster, vas deferens, the prostate gland, the cowper's glands, the seminal vasides, and the urethra.
The brain is also responsible for sending sexual information and messages in both genders.
